Purpose
The Project Accountant is responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager with the preparation of monthly financial statements (allowing managerial control and conduct of the business), as well as special projects for the Finance department.
Reporting relationships

Main duties/responsibilities
- Maintain posting controls, report generation, and business analytics associated with ERP system (IFS)
- Enter data into accounts receivable system to apply cash receipts to customer accounts
- Monitor and analyze vendor accounts and communicate payment terms
- Review vendor invoices to ensure accuracy
- Prepare journal entries after approved by supervisor and/or manager
- Responsible for contributing to the development and documentation of accounting policies and procedures
- Review vendor account transactions
- Monitor cash flow projections for anticipated cash funding needs or excess cash available for repatriation
- Input Purchase Order (“PO”) information into accounting system and track related material receipt and invoicing for proper accrual position
- Coordinate with, and ensure transfer of proper information to, eventual external accounting firms
- Review customer activity and invoice according to project specifications
- Receive vendor invoices for areas of responsibility, matching to PO, obtaining approvals and coding it to the correct assigned project
- Reconcile month-end accounts payable
- Complete processing of expense reports, including auditing and coding
- Inform hierarchical and functional managers or designee in a clear, concise, and timely manner of any matters in its areas of accountability including especially of any customer or technical issues
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly profit and loss statements including documenting transaction activity
- Compile reports and analyze information associated with projects as necessary
- Respond to credit reference inquiries in a timely basis

Il assure la propreté des stations de chanfreinage , des allées de circulation, et le vidage des poubelles. Il assure le chargement / déchargement des transporteurs, et la palettisation des expéditions.
Il assure la propreté et le rangement dans le parc à tubes. Notamment le bon calage des tubes & manchettes.
