• Manage relationship with the client to ensure that all aspects of the contract are properly executed for the project
• Building relationships with clients on a technical and commercial basis
• Organize and communicate feedback on projects to the Vice President and other relevant functional managers. This includes the completion of the Operations, Project, Finance, HSEQ, etc reports required by regional management
• Control and implement corrective action to ensure project profitability
• Liase and manage with client to ensure that additional work, if feasible is completed, agreed, and documented according to relevant procedures/steps
• Direct and manage activities of the project team and on-site personnel, ensuring that staff is qualified and performing
• Direct and manages subcontractor to ensure services are provided timely, properly executed and are within scope of commercial terms
• Liase with all the support functions throughout the project to ensure they have all the relevant information to be able to provide full and timely support
• Optimize project cash flow which includes client invoicing and collection
• Review and revise, as necessary, project schedule, production and financial forecast
• Provide feedback and make recommendations to senior management on technical, organizational and procedural improvements

Autonome et rigoureux, vous serez rapidement opérationnel dans vos nouvelles fonctions. Maitrise de la langue anglaise nécessaire.

Dans le respect des instructions de travail, le chanfreineur effectue la préparation des éléments destinés à être soudés, ce qui comprend essentiellement :-           Rentrer les matières dans l'atelier à l'aide du chariot élévateur et effectuer les bons de transfert de tube,-           Débiter les tôles ou tubes en vue de l'exécution des essais de soudage (oxycoupage, sciage, tronçonnage).-           Contrôler et reporter l'identification des tubes.-           Régler la chanfreineuse (PFM : Pipe Facing Machine) suivant le plan de chanfrein émis par le chef de projet et vérifié par une personne compétente.-           Meulage des soudures longitudinales avant chanfreinage.-           Le chanfreinage.-           L'auto-contrôle des chanfreins (Vérification de la qualité des préparations et relevé des côtes) pour les essais internes.-           Fait appel à un agent QC pour effectuer un second contrôle pour les chanfreins de Qualifications. Il assure la propreté des stations de chanfreinage , des allées de circulation, et le vidage des poubelles. Il assure le chargement / déchargement des transporteurs, et la palettisation des expéditions. 

Il assure la propreté et le rangement dans le parc à tubes. Notamment le bon calage des tubes & manchettes.

Il assiste le Chef de Projet pour la mobilisation du matériel.L'ingénieur soudeur rapporte au Chef de Projet ou au Responsable Opérations.Il est le chef fonctionnel d'une équipe de production.  Ses principales responsabilités sont:·         Il travaille en collaboration avec le service Contrôle Qualité (contrôleur NDT et Techniciens QC) et avec l’atelier soudage durant les WPQT si elles se passent à Mitry.·         Il est en charge de la coordination des procédures à Mitry.·         Il est responsable de l’organisation des WPQT/WQT sur sites.·         Il établit des relations techniques avec les sous-traitants (fabricants d’équipements de soudage et de consommables de soudage : fils et gaz) et avec des partenaires industriels.·         Il représente Serimax pendant les réunions journalières "avancement des qualifications de procédure de soudage" avec les clients.·         Il représente Serimax au début de la production. ·         Il propose un programme de tests (avec un ou plusieurs axes d'étude envisageables) avec un planning (Schedule and Matrix).·         Il rédige les procédures de soudage (WPS).·         Il informe son équipe du détail des tests à réaliser, participe au suivi de ces tests, analyse les résultats (soudabilité et résultats CND et essais mécaniques) et rédige des comptes-rendus associés.·         Il rédige un compte-rendu en fin de programme et rédige un cahier technique regroupant les informations nécessaires pour le soudage en production.·         Il évalue les qualités de produits d'apport nécessaires pour la production et émet les D.A. correspondantes.·         Il veille à la réception du MATERIEL soudage avant qualification ou EXPEDITION.·         Il analyse la production et la qualité des soudures durant le chantier.·         Il fait évoluer notre Know How par des rapports techniques lors des WPQT ou des chantiers. Vous êtes issu d’une formation d’ingénieur généraliste avec Baccalauréat + 5 avec spécialisation soudure / matériaux. Vous avez au moins une expérience de 2 ans dans une fonction similaire  Connaissance des outils bureautiques (word, excel, powerpoint) Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques (Word, Excel et MS Project)Bilingue AnglaisCompétences : rigueur, curiosité technique et capacité de remise en cause. Vous coordonnerez les audits de renouvellement de certification et serez le garant de leur obtention. Vous participerez à des audits croisés entre site du Groupe et piloterez les audits fournisseurs.
Enfin, vous serez en charge de la tenue du document unique, de la veille réglementaire et élaborerez les déclarations obligatoires Profil : - Formation Supérieure Ecole d’Ingénieur ou Université avec spécialisation dans le domaine HSE
- Très bon niveau d’anglais (TOEIC 860 pts minimun)
- Expérience minimum de 7 années dans la fonction acquise dans l’industrie pétrolière ou parapétrolière (Oil & Gas)- Expérience de la certification ISO 14001 et OHSAS 18001
